When you place an order we ask you for the details needed to deliver it:
- Your name
- Mobile number
- Delivery address, city and pincode
- Any notes you choose to add (optional)
Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser (local storage). It never leaves your device until you send it to us on WhatsApp yourself.
2. How we use your information
We use the details you provide for one purpose only: to confirm, deliver and bill your order. This includes contacting you on WhatsApp or by phone about your order.
3. What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not use your details for marketing messages unless you ask us to.
- This website does not run advertising trackers.
4. Sharing with third parties
Your order is delivered to us through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Sending an order on WhatsApp means the order text is handled under WhatsApp's privacy terms. We do not otherwise share your information with any third party.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order details only for as long as needed to fulfil and follow up on your order. You can ask us at any time to delete the information you shared with us.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just message us on WhatsApp with your request.
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, you may also raise it with the relevant data protection authority.
