2. Prices and discounts
All prices follow our current festival price list, which is the Sri Balaji Crackers rate card. A festival discount (currently 50% off on the full range) is already applied to the prices shown on this website. Prices shown are final discounted rates.
Prices, discounts and product availability may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed with us on WhatsApp.
3. Placing an order
Orders are placed through WhatsApp. When you send your cart, the quantity you have selected is taken as your requested quantity. Your order is not confirmed until we review it and reply on WhatsApp.
We may confirm stock, quantity, delivery charges and payment method when we reply. If any item is unavailable or its pack size differs, we will let you know before proceeding.
4. Payment
Payment is not collected on this website. The payment method (for example online transfer or cash on delivery) and any delivery charge are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before the order is finalised.
5. Delivery
Delivery is arranged to the address you provide. We confirm the delivery area, timing and any applicable delivery charges on WhatsApp. Please make sure your address and pincode are correct, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
6. Safety and legality
Fireworks are hazardous. By ordering, you confirm that you will use and store them responsibly and only in compliance with the laws and regulations of your state. Cracker use is subject to local rules and permits as applicable.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damage, injury or loss caused by misuse, improper handling or unsafe storage of fireworks. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order.
